This milkshake is a shout out to all the date producers in California. It's delicious and dead simple.

  • 20 stoned dates
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 small handful ice cubes
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Cooking Directions:
  1. Just chuck the dates into a liquidizer with the milk and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes and the ground cinnamon and whiz again.
  3. Serve straight away in tall glasses.
