Another mouth watering Pakistani Special Katakat Recipe for Eid-ul-Adha

Ingredients:
  • Mutton heart 2
  • Mutton kidneys 4
  • Mutton brain 2
  • Garam masala 5 gms (blend of ground spices)
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 gms
  • Green chilli 8
  • Coriander 50 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 5 gms
  • Butter 100 gms
  • Tomatoes 50 gms
  • Yoghurt 100 gms
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • Ginger/garlic paste 20 gms

Cooking Directions: 
  1. Wash and clean all the organ meat thouroughly and boil them and cover with lid.
  2. When organ meat tenderizes make mince of the organ meat and add oil, ginger and garlic.
  3. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, keep stirring.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. When oil separates serve hot, garnished with coriander.
