Another mouth watering Pakistani Special Katakat Recipe for Eid-ul-Adha

Ingredients:
- Mutton heart 2
- Mutton kidneys 4
- Mutton brain 2
- Garam masala 5 gms (blend of ground spices)
- Fenugreek leaves 2 gms
- Green chilli 8
- Coriander 50 gms
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 5 gms
- Butter 100 gms
- Tomatoes 50 gms
- Yoghurt 100 gms
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Ginger/garlic paste 20 gms
Cooking Directions:
- Wash and clean all the organ meat thouroughly and boil them and cover with lid.
- When organ meat tenderizes make mince of the organ meat and add oil, ginger and garlic.
- Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, keep stirring.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
- When oil separates serve hot, garnished with coriander.
